- Project Initiation and Planning
This unit focuses on the initiation and planning phases of a project. You’ll learn the importance of defining project objectives and scope, identifying stakeholders, and developing a structured project plan to guide successful delivery.
- Project Schedule and Review
Here we discuss how to schedule and organise tasks effectively, set milestones, estimate costs, and conduct project reviews to evaluate progress and outcomes.
- Project Execution and Closure
In the final unit, we explore how to execute a project according to plan, manage issues, risks, and changes, and ensure proper project closure through evaluation and documentation of lessons learned.
