The course syllabus is designed for people planning to start a new role as a business administrator. We will explain the role of the typical administrator and then provide some detail about the typical tasks. The course will also help candidates improve their skills in areas essential to business administration, such as planning, prioritisation, customer service and basic computer usage. Candidates will undertake an online multiple-choice assessment and will receive a certificate if successful (any certificates from an official awarding body are sent to you via email).

Obtaining your certificate

You will need to pass a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course in order to gain your accreditation. Once passed, we will send your official certificate by email.
