Overview
In this course the learner is introduced to what we mean by the term “conflict”; how to deal with problems positively; how to deal with abusive and violent behaviour; methods for resolving conflict: and how to handle complaints.

Module 1: Handling and Resolving Conflict
- Conflict & how to deal with it
Recognises that differences in values, perceptions, expectations and needs are inevitable—among healthcare service users and professionals as in all walks of life—and provides practical guidance to address and resolve such conflicts effectively.
Obtaining your certificate
You will need to pass a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course in order to gain your accreditation. Once passed, we will send your official certificate by email.
