Module 1: Information Governance in Health and Social Care
- Introduction and Definition
Introduces the course structure and purpose, then explains what constitutes confidential information in health and social care.
- DPA 1998
Summarises the Caldicott Committee’s recommendations and provides a brief overview of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Obtaining your certificate
You will need to pass a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course in order to gain your accreditation. Once passed, we will send your official certificate by email.
