  • Dealing with People

    This unit focuses on the interpersonal and communication skills essential for security guards, including how to manage conflict, maintain professionalism, and build trust with the public.

  • Introduction to Emergency First Aid, ACT Counter-terrorism and Martyn's Law

    In the final unit, we explore how to respond to emergency situations, covering essential first aid awareness, counter-terrorism guidance, and the principles of Martyn’s Law for public safety.

Obtaining your certificate

You will need to pass a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course in order to gain your accreditation. Once passed, we will send your official certificate by email.
