Overview
Our Level 1 Award An Introduction to Mental Health and Wellbeing qualification will furnish you with an understanding of the common mental health issues, such as stress, anxiety and depression, that can have an impact on our everyday lives. You'll gain knowledge of key mental health terms, how to take care of your own mental health and wellbeing, how to support others, such as family and friends, and the different types of support available. Upon successful completion of the invigilated assessment, you will receive an official certificate.

- Lifestyle Choices and Mental Wellbeing
In this final unit of Module 1, we look at how lifestyle choices impact mental health and wellbeing. The unit also explains how the end-of-module progress tests work.
Module 2: Your Mental Health and Wellbeing

We start Module 2 by exploring common methods to maintain good mental health and wellbeing through everyday habits and self-care practices.

The first part of Module 4 introduces a range of available resources and organisations that can provide help and guidance for mental health and wellbeing.
- Revision and Exam Preparation
The final unit helps you prepare for your end-of-course multiple-choice exam. It includes a recap of key topics, exam format details, study tips, and a practice test.
Obtaining your certificate
You will need to pass a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course in order to gain your accreditation. Once passed, we will send your official certificate by email.
