Module 1: Managing Mental Health and Wellbeing at Work

- Know Yourself
This section focuses on taking a kind of 'stock take' of how you feel compared to what you would consider to be a good level of mental wellbeing.
- Help Yourself
In this section, we look at how you can build strategies to help you cope with stress, anxiety, low mood, and depression.
- Getting Help from Others
Sometimes, you can’t do everything on your own – you need help. This section explores situations where it’s beneficial to seek advice, help, and support from other people.
- Suggestions for Further Information
This section points you towards relevant websites and organisations that may be able to provide you with additional information, advice, and support.
Obtaining your certificate
You will need to pass a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course in order to gain your accreditation. Once passed, we will send your official certificate by email.
