    Here, we look at strategies for motivating and engaging your team to achieve high performance. The unit discusses teamwork, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and how to create a positive and inclusive team culture.

  • People Management Skills in Practice

    This section examines different leadership styles and practical communication techniques for effective management. It also covers planning, delegation, and ways to ensure clear direction and accountability within your team.

  • Managing your Team

    The final unit focuses on performance management, identifying training needs, and developing your team’s skills. It also provides guidance on conflict resolution and maintaining a healthy, productive work environment.

Obtaining your certificate

You will need to pass a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course in order to gain your accreditation. Once passed, we will send your official certificate by email.
