To get the course underway, we begin by looking at how social media came into existence before moving on to the main social media platforms that are used today.
- How to Use Social Media Platforms Part 1
Now we're getting into the detail of how to use different social media platforms, starting with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. For each of these, we demonstrate how to post, change your status, upload content, and more.
- How to Use Social Media Platforms Part 2
This unit focuses on how to use the social media platforms YouTube and WhatsApp effectively.
- The Correct Way to Use Social Media
This section explains how to use social media appropriately, from managing your online profile to understanding how social media use can impact your career. It also explores social media etiquette, including important dos and don'ts.
- Business and Social Media
Our final unit explores how businesses use social media, including paid advertising strategies. It also discusses how to gather customer feedback and reviews through social media platforms.
Obtaining your certificate
You will need to pass a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course in order to gain your accreditation. Once passed, we will send your official certificate by email.
