    This unit focuses on managing incoming goods—an essential function within warehousing. It explains the purpose of Purchase Orders and highlights the importance of quality control through inspections, testing, and quarantines.

  • Kitting, Picking, Packing and Dispatch

    This unit explains the essential warehouse processes of kitting, picking, packing, and dispatching stock. It demonstrates how these activities move goods efficiently from storage to the customer.

  • Logistics and General Warehouse Management

    In the final unit, we take a closer look at logistics and key warehouse management operations. The section also covers the importance of stocktaking and other critical processes that ensure the smooth running of warehouse operations.
